Plugging Away

Don't fret boys and girls. I haven't fallen off the wagon again.

Just been extremely busy and honestly when I've remembered that I need to update the blog I'm usually nowhere near my computer. One of the hazards of trying to do everything.

I'm hanging in there. The issue I've run into the last couple of weeks is having good results on the diet Monday through about 5 p.m. Friday. Then when my weekend of work and travel kicks in I've struggled. Big time.

So that's my latest challenge. Weigh-in day tomorrow, so we'll see where we stand and go from there.

maybe you need to change your schedule? if it's the weekend that is a challenge for you maybe if you went to the station at the normal time sat and sun and just sat or maybe talked on the phone. then do whatever you would do mon through fri.

do you really have a goal here or is this a hobby?

i wasn't worried. i know you're a busy person. i just want to know that you are still on target to meet your goals. often i wonder if the people of today set goals like they once did. i don't think they do. what's your take on this, dan? i listen to your radio show daily via the short-wave (internet, ha ha). Dan,
Congratulations on your progress. I know what you are going through. I just met my Weight Watchers goal of 90.6 pounds last Saturday morning. Now the real struggle of keeping it off begins.

Keep up the fight. It is worth it.

dan let don "uh" munson that he needs to get off his high horse. he's a schill for terry don. no one beleived tht dabo was the right person for the job, even joe bob phillips. you need to read cutigers messageboard and maybe write a commentary for them to explain things as only you can. even the dodgers couldnt afford an inexperienced coach that could drag things down while his ego finally figures out that he is in over his head because before he knows it he is going to be shown the door. maybe you can explain that to don 'uh' munson. he's no larry munson. many years ago people might would think, well here's a guy named munson. maybe he is related to larry munson. all you have to do is listen to him and you know he is definitely NOT related to the great larry munson.

update???? i know you should have plenty of time now that the reds' season is over to update your blog. Go Dodgers! Go Blue! What a game. Other teams can only dream of playing in a game and winning a game like that!!!

danno have you given up on the losing weight thingy/ gone back to the beach so to speak? sorry to see no updates in almost a month. you can do a lot in a month, either way, good or bad. it's unfortunate if it's to the bad.
