Week Eight - Lost 0
Week Nine - Lost 5
Week 10 - Lost 1
Week 11 - Lost 3
Week 12 - Lost 0

Dude, with the exception of Week 7 look at the odd numbers. Geez, we'll just call you "half-empty". As Freddie Mercury says in "Fat-Bottom Girls" get on your bike and ride! Hang in there.

Hey -- dude! That's great! Look....at the end of 6 weeks you had lost 29 pounds. At the end of 12 weeks, you had lost a total of 36 pounds! I think that's great!!! Quit beating yourself up, man! I hope I can lost 29 pounds in 6 weeks!!! :)
