Another Great Week

Hit the scales again this morning.

Down another 7 pounds total. That's 78 overall since the third week of December.

Talk about positive motivation and reinforcement. This is the kind of thing that makes Vernon kicking my butt worth it.

One meal, one workout, one day at a time. Gotta keep that mindset.

Dan the Man...
The fortitude that you have shown in the months passed has made me a total believer in
Dan "The Winner" Scott.
It is that fortitude that will make the difference as we move forward toward your short and long term goals.
It is also that attitude that you carry (The Relentless Pursuit attitude that I often write and speak about)that will enable you to survive Vernon's workouts and create success in achieving those goals!
So far...I am impressed and I look forward to cheering you on as you master the Ultra Fit program and change your body and your health for the better.
Once again...Great job and keep up the good work. I am following your progress and I am always available for any help, support or motivation that you need.
Mt. Vernon will take care of the rest.
TRAIN HARD DAN...
AND BE THE BEST THAT YOU CAN BE!
With respect,
Mr. USA John DeFendis
