Great Job Dan!
Down another 4 pounds this week and gaining more and more momentum.
The beauty of the Ultra Fit program is that you will continue to lose more and more weight and body fat as time goes on.
It is unlike other programs that slow down your metabolic rate rather than speed it up like Ultra Fit.
As I stated on your show yesterday...
Food is NOT the problem...
Food IS the solution!
You must eat more quality food, while strength training. By doing so, you will continue to increase your lean muscle (as you can see) and therefore increase your metabolic rate to burn MORE body fat. With Ultra Fit you are getting leaner, stronger, more energetic, healthier and looking better and better by the day!
WE ARE PROUD OF YOU DAN!
You are an inspiration to many!
Stay the course and let's continue to rock and roll!
Your coach & friend,
Mr. USA John DeFendis

So today I went back through the blog for the entire year. I wanted to see where I first brought up 100 pounds by the end of the year. It was right here:

[i]Now buckle down and make 100 pounds by Dec 31. You can do it!

Don't make me call you ;-).

Couple weeks back I was worried that you might not make that but you are clearly on track to not only make it but blow it out! Well done.

Oh, and on a side note I've been on you about exercise since at least January. Remember the exercise bike, the walking on the beach, and the swimming? Finaly you give in and start this program and look at the results.

Again, well done!
