Weigh-In Day

Hit the scales this morning. Down another three pounds.

It was very close - a few ounces, in fact - to rolling over to four pounds. In fact, I was tempted to go ahead and take the four. But I didn't.

So that's 104 total, and 47 since joining Ultra Fit.

Not upset though. I'll take almost four pounds every week. And it will only make next week's take even better.

Great, Dan!!

Also, some off-topic information, ask listeners to check the dates on any canned items they bring in. Food banks and charitable organizations are legally obligated to discard any out-of-date items for safety reasons, whether or not the food items may truly be "bad."

To Anonymous and all of the people who believe that they hate exercise:
We always believe that we hate the things that we have failed at or the things that we don't understand.
I personally do not know of anyone who has followed the Ultra Fit program 100%, recieved the great benefits from it and then decided that they hated exercise.
Why?
Because we always love the things that we succeed at.
I love being in shape.
I love training hard when I am in my best shape...so do our clients.
Getting results is fun and exciting! Watching your body change day to day is invigorating, inspiring and motivating!
I ask this of each of you who believe that you hate exercise:
1) Please give me a chance to show you the truth...that with success comes the love for the very thing that you felt you hated. By succeeding you will embrace exercise and Ultra Fit nutrition because you will be so excited about the results and you will want more. You will strive to work harder to see how far you can go as we create success for you and with you!
2) Please e-mail me directly with your phone number and your goals, so you can also be in the game with Dan Scott and get started on a successful journey...one that will reward you with a better body, good health, a better quality of life and a longer life.
I will await your e-mail and I will be ready to help you get started immediately.
My e-mail address is:
Defendis@aol.com
or you can go to my website and
e-mail me through the link.
The website is:
www.defendis.com
I look forward to speaking with you, discussing your goals and setting up a workout for you to begin your Ultra Fit Success Journey.
Don't procrastinate...
DO IT NOW.
Sincerely and Respectfully,

will we get the high-pressure sales pitch that is typical for gyms? if we were to call your gym will we be treated properly or like pieces of meat that are there just to produce money for the staff and then ignored as we try and try to do our best but for some reason things don't progress??? I have had a membership in the past at one of these type gyms and can't say that they were interested in me until i called the bank to stop the drafting of the fees from my bank account. then they were very interested in me, but mainly interested in intimidating me into re-joining! please tell me your philosophy on this and feel free to add testimonials. I have to agree with Jack. I've been a member of a health "club" in anderson which shall remane nameless (but it's very close to the intersection of 81 and hwy 85) and i've tried de-joining from them for three years and always get harrassed by them when i try to get them to quit taking my money.

To Jack Davis, Anonymous and all others who are concerned about gyms and dishonest people.
I absolutely understand your frustration in gyms and how you have been treated. I too have been disappointed with the way many gym owners run their clubs and I have declined many opportunities because of their intentions.
With that being said I want everyone and anyone who is interested in our Ultra Fit program and Coop's Health & Fitness to contact me directly. I will personally make sure that you have the best experience and that you are not mistreated. I will offer you a free workout with one of my Ultra Fit trainers and then they can discuss the options with you.
No obligation...no gimmicks.
I can be reached by e-mailing me direct at: defendis@aol.com
or through my website:
www.defendis.com
or you can call me on my direct personal line which is:
John DeFendis: 561-704-4225
Please feel free to call me anytime. If I am not available I will return your call if you leave your number.
Most importantly...I will insure you the best opportunity to attain your weight loss and fitness goals and I will personally back everything up with my reputation and Integrity.
Have a blessed and powerful day!
Respectfully,
John DeFendis

Bow to your sensei. Bow to your sensei!

No need to bow to anyone except Jesus. The most important thing to do is respect what we have been given and be pro-active in taking care of your body, your health and you and your families future.
There are no more excuses.
We are here to help and we will guarantee the results.
You just have to make the decision to be in the game and take control.
Now...The decision is up to each individual. We can guarantee results if you are in the game...
You just have to decide when the time is right and when you are ready to be in the game. We are only as good as the people we are training, so please do not act until you are ready to make the commitment to excellence.
When you are...we will do the rest.
